"From Cradle to Career"
Suzan Gage is the Executive Director of the Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida (ELCNWF). Her professional interests span over twenty years and many policy and service areas, including rural equity, infant and early childhood mental health, and access to high-quality early learning experiences for children. In addition to her work as the Executive Director of the ELCNWF, Suzan is also a mental health counselor who works with young children, teens, and their families—all in pursuit of helping grow healthy children, parents, and the relationship between them. She holds degrees from Auburn University-Montgomery and Troy University.
Suzan Gage will share how the organization’s programs are shaping the future of Northwest Florida by supporting early childhood education, empowering families, and strengthening the local workforce. From child care assistance and developmental screenings to family engagement and provider support, ELCNWF plays a vital role in ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive. Attendees will learn how these initiatives impact economic development, promote equity, and create lasting change in our communities—and how local businesses and leaders can get involved.
